'For Urdhva Dhanurasana - Wheel Pose, lie on your back, bend the knees and keep your feet flat on the floor. Bend your elbows and place your arms beside your head with fingers pointing towards the shoulders. Lift the hips up and also lift the head off the floor straightening your arms. Keep your head and neck neutral and look at the back. Keep the chin to the chest while resting the shoulders, head and lower body to the floor. Straighten the legs and relax.  Urdhva Dhanurasana is beneficial in stimulating the thyroid and pituitary gland. It also increases the energy levels.
